While I sympathize with the retarded people who want to move into the Bennett, the retarded can be really annoying, and they're the last people I'd want living next to me. Why, there's one who comes into my local Starbucks in San Francisco, and all he does is honk and wail and demand endless cups of water (which he then dumps into the trash). A nice guy when you get to know him, I'm sure, but the last thing I need is a lifetime of half a dozen 'tards marring the tranquility of my apartment building. Surely there's some kind of rest home or care facility that will take them in and spare the building's residents, who will surely suffer the ill effects of livning near retards--putting up with public masturbation, endless honking, and pyromania.
