Not only does the Obama-Clinton administration parrot the loaded reference to "Palestinian territories," the US maintains a consulate in Jerusalem catering EXCLUSIVELY to the Palestinians. So while the administration is scrupulous with its false premise that it must not refer to Jerusalem as being part of Israel less it appear biased in favor of Israel, in reality, the administration IS biased — in favor of the Palestinians.
