The Obama Administration should acknowledge that the Palestinians have themselves a capital already, built with the billions of dollars received from the US, EU, and others. It is called Ramallah. That is were their president sits. That is where the functioning office of their prime minister is located. That is where all their legislature and administration is centered. That is where their founding hero, Yasser Arafat, is buried.
