Yes, Virginia ...

Many people think that maybe because of the tremendous duty of passing presents out in a short span of time to a million deserving kids, Santa must be a little worn out and probably grumpy. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Santa absolutely loves his work, and has boundless energy. He has worn that red velvet suit with the imitation ermine cuffs for over a century now, and it cheers him up just to look in his wardrobe.

Believe me, he can hardly contain himself waiting for Turkey Day to be wrapped up so he can start making appearances. Whether you see him in a phoney beard or kind of worn out red suit, or his stocky self in the finest velvet and glistening white beard, all of these are The Man. Santa has this amazing ability to transfer his holiday self into people in Santa suits all over the world. Just as soon as a normal person, man or golly! ..woman puts on a red santa costume, the spirit of Santa Claus himself enters their being and they really do become SANTA CLAUS!

The best of these Santa Clauses sometimes do not put on a red suit, but become Santa Claus without the costume. These people are called Mom and Dad. The holiday spirit of Santa flows into them and makes them buy presents for their little kids! Presents! And this spirit makes them love their little and big kids just a little more, and that affection stays with them. Always be happy and appreciate Santa Claus, and hope that this Christmas, the spirit of Santa will visit your home.
