This resent issue to remove trans fats from restaurants is a great move to better health. Education would also help many people make better food choices. Our family stirves to not buy or eat trans fats at home but when we go to a restaurant we do not always know what we are getting. I applaud NY in the effort to get rid of trans fats in any way possible.
