As the mice pondered their situation, they realized, if they knew the cat was coming, they could go about their business. If the cat had a bell on it, they could hear it coming. So, who will bell the cat? Thus far George W. Bush is looking to send 20,000 more troops to bell the Iraqi cat. Lots of mice are objecting to the idea. Well... how about hard solutions, real means to an end, or at least better mitigation of the situation? Maybe the 2008 vote will be decided based on the best plan for Iraq? Or our exit therefrom? I hope the rest of the nation's issues don't go unnoticed. I hope the rest of the region doesn't go unnoticed.
The president said it best ... if you're really opposed to the plan, put forth an alternative.
