Vindicating Larry Franklin

We are in such a need of capable and loyal intelligence workers like Mr. Franklin that it is sad we are persecuting rather than employing such a man. Throwing good men to the wolves won't appease our 5th columnists and will harm our efforts abroad. Mitigating circumstances suggest Mr. Franklin should get a full pardon and apology. Our government has over-looked far worse both home and abroad in the name of national security. Who should we write to?
