As I understand the issue, Libby's statements must be lies, must be material, must be with motive, and must be an obstruction to Fitzgerald. It is patently obvious, Libby was not an obstruction given Fitzgerald knew about Armitage. The question is what could be material. It will be somewhat amusing to watch this testimony. I like "Meet the Press," but I have seen Tim Russert on Jeopardy, and you wonder about his smarts. Do not know about the other reporters, but their testimony will be interesting.
