The framers of our Constitution had no knowledge of the power of the moneyed media over political campaigns. I believe that both parties should have aceess to thesame VERY LIMITED funds for campaign ads . (Monority parties can be allocated some prioportion of funds as well.) You cna't yell "fire" in aburning building as an exeercise of free speech. The building of fair and rationalt political discourse is burning in this country. Under these circumstanaces, unlimited funding for political ads should not be permitted.
