I have to agree on the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) issue. Having had first-hands-on experience with its trickle-down at my workplace - it can be an extremely onerous undertaking requiring disproportional amounts of time, energy and money. It was reluctantly back-door embraced by corporate directors to cover their hands-off backside to stay out of jail. Now that Enron and Skilling are passe SOX can be loosened a bit.
The 3 Dems you mentioned are smart - the Reps are in for a big brouhaha this time.
Finally, unfortunately - "It is the War". Sadamm's sentence will be a dangling (p)article.
Keep those wheels spinning.
