The US is all about the rule of law- put these men before a military justice tribunal-
They have no right to be in Iraq, the US has not turned over full sovereignty yet- ergo they fall under US Military Justice.
the are enemy combatants- they are using force military and otherwise
they were NOT in uniform- there is no indication they have followed the Geneva Convention on display of their military status.
If found guilty, they can be shot as spies. the sentence can also be delayed as the US can use these pieces of filth to coerce Iran into better behavior. The men themselves might give the Ameircan people an accurate picture of Iran's serial acts of war against the US and our interests.
