Health care costs to the taxpayer that would eventually exceed the total tax take in the USis more of Hillary Clinton's rampant radicalism, recognized by those who pay attention to her radical nonsense and that of the Democrat Party generally.

Will it succeed?

Probably,given the tendency of so many to fall for the flim-flam in the past election. The 'gimme' voting block is not likely to face the next vote bboth educated and logical.
