Palestinian terrorists murdered Americans Alisa Flatow, Ambassador Cleo A. Noel, Jr., and others. Stephen Flatow wants to ask Carter if it is ok for Palestinian terrorists to murder, but Carter already answered that question. He advised Palestinians to "make it clear that they will end the suicide bombings and other acts of terrorism when international laws and the ultimate goals of the Roadmap for Peace are accepted by Israel." Carter distorts the meaning of the laws and the Roadmap and uses that distortion to condone murderous terrorism against Americans and other innocent people.
