Look to Canada as one of many, many examples of 2 language countries. Quebec came very close to seceding a few years ago. The issue is not that there are 2 languages, it is that people are not assimilating and this is yet another example of that. Your comments about de-segregation are ridiculous. In fact, it is easier to make the reverse arguement. This is about individuals forcing others to bend to them rather than integrating themselves into the country. Those are the individuals who are creating the dual society. Why do Asians do so well in this country. (Asians have passed Caucasians on a per capita salary level) BECAUSE THEY ASSIMILATE AND EDUCATE.
