It's probably a natural mistake for a newspaper that gives a lot of coverage to the NFL teams that are from NJ (Jets and Giants) , but the only NY team in the NFL is the Bills who play at Ralph Wilson Stadium, which is in Erie Couny, New York, not Erie County, Pennsylvania as the article states.
