I am french, and often in NY to work. I know this building, amazing architecture, enormous space. No visitors can enter in, only when there are some exhibitions, rarely, and the entrance ticket is very expensive. The building is not used, only by some old veterans and they want to keep it for themselves only. The idea of making it a performance space is a great idea, it's gonna be a new life for this space. I am so glad that all those very wealthy people, mean and selfcentered, from park avenue, are loosing. I was so disapointed to read that Woody Allen was part of them...getting older I guess...
Long life to the Armory as a performance space !!!
