Comparing women to meat isn't really the big insult here. That just illustrates that they are an object of desire. It's comparing men to cats that is the big insult. Cats who see/smell meat really have no choice but to react to their instincts and eat it. Men on the other hand might see "meat" and desire it, but how they act on that desire is a *choice* and it definitely is not the "meat's" fault. This guy really is a fool and has proven that he thinks men are not to blame for their actions if/when they succumb to temptation.
