Strip Club Employees Face Charges of Prostitution

Submitted by K.Treat, Jan 29, 2007 11:14

We need much tougher laws controlling the so-called 'nightlife industry'. In addition to getting gentlemen's clubs/strip clubs out of town (didn't Mayor LaGuardia send them to Jersey?) we need to raise the entry age to clubs from sixteen years old to twenty-one - the legal drinking age.

If one person is caught in a club selling drugs - if one adolescent girl is raped or murdered - having been to a club - then shut'em down. Forever. No question. With a more user-friendly SLA now it's the time for our district attorneys and public defenders to take the initiative and rid the city of these predatory, law-breaking establishments. It's time that for our judges and city prosecutors to listen to the NYPD.
