Charter schools (no matter how many) are not open to all. A lottery is fine for off-track betting, for those who wish to play--but not for our children who must learn in order to succeed personally,and to keep our nation strong and democratic.

Furthermore, Charter Schools are far too entwined in political pushing and pulling to ever reach desired effects. We need immediate freedom and capability for children throughout our nation to attend schools desired by their parents or caretakers! There is no other equitable option. Parents would thus be the arbiters of their children's education. Furthermore, donors of private funding to enhance schooling in any shape, form or manner--should receive immediate tax incentives for their generosity.

Private and parochial institutions would necessarily have to expand to enable them to encompass larger numbers of students. And, furthermore, communities may build or begin special facilities to encompass children with various special needs...All of such possibilities, when becoming realities--will--I hypothesize--not only improve the education of our children exponentially, but lower the taxpayers' cost...Why is the latter plausible: The teachers' unions' extraordinary costs upon the public, such as paying teachers their salaries--after they have been removed from their posts for cause, continually increasing their benefits and salaries, the latter without any connection to merit, etc.

President Bush is considering expanding the voucher systerm. Please encourage your friends, and family to see the light, and so "educate" all voters.
