Israeli Strike Kills 4 Youths, Medical Officials Say

GAZA CITY — An Israeli air strike killed four Palestinian Arab youths today in the northern Gaza Strip, Palestinian Arab medical officials said.

A Health Ministry official, Dr. Moaiya Hassanain, said all the victims were civilians under the age of 16. The incident raised the death toll in Thursday's fighting to 12 Palestinian Arabs, officials said.

The Israeli army was looking into the report.
