Bomb Scare At L.A. Airport

By Associated Press | March 31, 2008

LOS ANGELES — Authorities say a portion of Los Angeles International Airport has been evacuated after a message was found saying there was a bomb in the ladies room.

Airport police spokesman Sergeant Jim Holcomb said the area has been checked for explosives and cleared yesterday morning.

Police say a passenger apparently went into the men's room at Terminal 2 and saw the message on a wall that said there was a bomb in the ladies room.
