Charges Dropped In Harlem Shooting

By CHRIS FAHERTY, Special to the Sun | October 30, 2007

The Manhattan district attorney's office has dropped charges against a man who was arrested for a shooting in Harlem.

Kendall Hurley, 22, was arrested for shooting a 15-year-old girl in the arm in December 2005, but following an investigation the charges were dismissed by the district attorney's office, according to court records.

The case was dropped and all court records were sealed after it was found there wasn't enough evidence to continue with the prosecution, the district attorney's office said.
