By Staff Reporter of the Sun | January 26, 2007

A former city Department of Education attorney sexually harassed three female department employees, including a teacher and a principal, according to the results of an investigation released yesterday.

In one alleged incident, the attorney, Marc Colman, who conducted grievance hearings for Region 1 in the Bronx, is accused of pulling open the shirt of a female subordinate, looking at her chest and saying, "I like big ones."

Mr. Colman resigned during of the investigation after the Education Department relieved him of his hearing officer duties, according to department spokeswoman, Dina Paul Parks, who added that he would be ineligible for future employment with the department. The attorney for Mr. Colman, Gerald Allen, said he would not comment on the investigation.
