Ex-Fiancé Sues for Ring
With this ring, I thee…sue?
That's the vow in legal papers filed Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court by Donald Morrish, an Upper East Side man who says his ex-fiancée refuses to return a $48,000 engagement ring that he gave her almost two years ago, before their relationship dissolved.
A lawyer for Mr. Morrish, Daniel Clement, declined to say which partner ended the engagement. But he said no matter who was responsible the woman, Dianne Dinardo, should return the ring, made of 4.06 carat gold and a cushion cut diamond.
Attempts to reach Ms. Dinardo were unsuccessful.
