Woman Leaps in Front of Train, Dies

A woman was killed yesterday morning when she jumped in front of an oncoming train in Manhattan, police said.
Shortly before 10 a.m., the woman threw herself in front of a northbound no. 4 train at the Lexington Avenue and East 86th Street subway station on the Upper East Side.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was not immediately identified.
