Judge Kathleen Kelly dropped the charges against 20-year-olds Brian Dwyer and Richard Aicardi on Wednesday, saying prosecutors lacked enough evidence. Judge Kelly dismissed all charges against Mr. Dwyer and reduced the case against Mr. Aicardi to a single count of misdemeanor assault. The two had faced felony assault and battery charges that could have sent them to state prison.
