As Easy as A-B-Z

Divalysscious Moms
November 28, 2006

Teaching your children the ABCs is one thing, but when they learn it backward at age 2, you have to credit the musicians who put it to rock guitar. A duo from Brooklyn, the Z Brothers, have built a loyal following of both parents and tots, who typically pack the pair's live performances of everything from the Beatles to Barney tunes. Their album "The Z Brothers Teach the ABZs" ($20) is loaded with fun songs to which kids through age 6 can sing along. Tracks include the popular "If You're Happy and You Know It" and the "The Achoo Song," which allergy-prone listeners will relate to; hip New York parents will want to dance to "In the City."

The CD is a perfect soundtrack for any child-filled event. To order, go to merchdirect.net.
