LONDON IN NEW YORK A grandmaster of the Mystery Writers of America, Dame Ruth Rendell, signs her new book, “Thirteen Steps Down” (Crown). The event, her first New York appearance in more than 10 years, is part of the London in the Village series of events benefiting the families of the victims of the London terror attacks.
