CORK CONCERT The Greenpoint music label International Cork presents a long evening concert that offers complimentary hot dogs, Louie G ices, and Settepani baked goods. The New Haven dance-soul group Pencilgrass headlines a bill that includes dancehall master Coolie Ranx, reggae-soul singer Denise De La Cruz, and funky cellist Lindsay Mac. BACK AT ALICE’S Arlo Guthrie celebrates the 40th anniversary of “Alice’s Restaurant” by performing the entire album from start to finish. The concert is part of the Hudson River Festival and the River to River Festival. Tonight, 7 p.m., Battery Park City, Rockefeller Park, 212-835-2789, free.
