STARRY JAZZ Jazz lovers can enjoy live music, tapas, and wine under the stars at the American Museum of Natural History. The Marcus Strickland Quartet, headed by a 23-year-old saxophonist, is next in the series. FOUR AFTER MIDNIGHT The Reggie Washington 4tet, headed by bassist Reggie Washington, performs as part of the Late Night Groove Series. ORCHESTRAL HIGHLIGHTS Carnegie Hall comes back to life after its holiday break with a performance by the Met Orchestra conducted by James Levine. The guest soloists are soprano Renee Fleming and bass Julien Robbins. The program features Tchaikovsky’s “Romeo and Juliet” Fantasy Overture and the Letter Scene from “Eugene Onegin”; Berg’s “Altenberg Lieder, Op. 4”; Wagner’s Overture and Bacchanale from “Tannhauser,” and Strauss’s Closing Monologue from “Capriccio.” Sunday, 8 p.m., Carnegie Hall, Isaac Stern Auditorium, 881 Seventh Ave. at 57th Street, 212-247-7800, $46-$155.


TOBIN’S TUNES English vocalist and songwriter Christine Tobin performs at Joe’s Pub, accompanied by guitarist Phil Robson, bassist Dave Whitford, and jazz drummer Billy Hart.
