MOVIE TUNES Composer and conductor John Williams will lead the New York Philharmonic in a program of great Hollywood film scores, including music selections from “Citizen Kane,” “North by Northwest,” and “E.T.” Hosted by directors Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg,the evening will include a tribute to film composer Bernard Hermann and a celebration of the ongoing Spielberg-Williams collaboration. SECOND SERVING SOUNDS As part of the Second Helpings Series, the St. Luke’s Chamber Ensemble presents “Daniel Roumain: Conversation Pieces” at the Chelsea Art Museum and Dia:Beacon. The program includes Philip Glass’s String Quartet No. 3 and the world premiere of Wynne Bennett’s “Tiny Chapters.” The program also features works by the Orchestra of St. Luke’s assistant composer in residence, Daniel Bernard Roumain.
