BIG APPLE BILLBOARDS Belgium native Wouter Deruytter’s large black-and-white photographs of New York City billboards are on display in his first American museum show. RARE GREENERY The Central Library in Brooklyn presents a group photography exhibit, “Pastoral Brooklyn,” which includes works from James Ferguson, Lila Garnett, Nehru Kelevh, and Kervin Maule.The artists focus largely on Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
