BIG APPLE BILLBOARDS Belgium native Wouter Deruytter’s large black-and-white photographs of New York City billboards are on display through this weekend in his first American museum show. Through Saturday, noon-6 p.m., Thursday, noon-8 p.m., Chelsea Art Museum, 556 W. 22nd St. at Eleventh Avenue, 212-255-0719, $6 general, $3 seniors and students.
