LOOKING AT LOW-INCOME HOUSING A new exhibit assesses the low-income housing programs launched by the New York State Urban Development Corporation between 1968 and 1975. “Policy and Design for Housing” kicks off with a panel discussion on the future of affordable housing. Speakers at the opening session include several staff members who sat on the original committee. A full symposium takes place the next day. MAKING MUSIC HISTORY The former president of CBS Records, Walter Yetnikoff, discusses his tenure at the company when musicians including Michael Jackson, the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, and Barbra Streisand were under contract there. Singer-songwriter Chocolate Genius will perform several songs at the event. Mr. Yetnikoff is the author of the new memoir “Howling at the Moon” (Broadway Books). HOUSING BUBBLE A panel discussion in Brooklyn examines the New York City residential real-estate bubble, and asks if a burst is on the way.
