LIFE ON DEATH ROW Sister Helen Prejean, the author of “Dead Man Walking,” discusses the issue of the death penalty. CRITICS’ CHOICE The next installment of the Review Panel, which gathers art critics to discuss current gallery shows, takes place this week. Critics Bridget Goodbody (TimeOut New York), Peter Plagens (Newsweek), and Stephen Westfall (Art in America) participate. They discuss Eija-Liisa Ahtila’s work at Marian Goodman, Bendix Harms at Anton Kern, Thomas Hirschhorn at Gladstone, and “A True Story Based on Lies” at Cheim & Read.
