Aerial photographs by a former Israeli Air Force pilot, Duby Tal,are on display in the exhibit “Terra Earth and the Human Imprint” at the 92nd Street Y. His longtime collaborator Moni Haramati, also an Israeli Air Force veteran, flies a helicopter as Mr. Tal takes photographs of Israel’s farmland, rivers, and highways from the passenger seat. The exhibit includes 22 large-format color images, from man-made landscapes to pristine natural sites. Mr. Tal and Mr. Haramati’s previous series was “Archeology From the Air,” in which they captured archeological sites covering 350,000 years of human history.
