WAREHOUSE WARES The Festival of Emerging Photographers, presented by Art + Commerce, features 150 photographs by 24 artists. The show takes place at the Tobacco Warehouse, a roofless 19th-century building at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge with views of the Manhattan skyline. Through Tuesday, October 25, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, open until 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Tobacco Warehouse, Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park, north of the Brooklyn Bridge, free. FREAKONOMICS New paintings by Franklin Evans are on display in the new show “Freakout,” his first solo exhibit in New York. The colorful, kaleidoscopic works include rainbows, birds, and mysterious dark spaces.
