TRIBECA ROULETTE Russian artist Edward Bekkerman’s new exhibit at a TriBeCa gallery, “Spirits of New York,” is inspired by the regeneration of New York after the events of September 11, 2001. The exhibit is a sequel to his “Dreams” collection, which made its premiere in 2003.
