PARK BLUSH In celebration of the opening of Sephora Union Square (at 45 E. 17th St.), the cosmetics and fragrance seller takes over the periphery of Union Square Park to offer makeovers, waxing, “lip readings” (a variation on palm readings), and product samples. The event includes food, drinks, and music. Today, 3:30-8 p.m., north side of Union Square, at East 17th Street, 212-929-7979, free.
