COSTELLO & CO. The new Junior Committee of the City Parks sponsors a cocktail party at the Central Park pergola overlook before a benefit concert at Summer-Stage. Elvis Costello, along with his band, the Impostors, joins country crooner Emmylou Harris in a performance that raises money for the City Parks Foundation’s Partnership for Parks program. Tuesday, 6 p.m. cocktails, 7:30 p.m. concert, Central Park SummerStage, Rumsey Playfield, enter the park at 69th Street and Fifth Avenue or at 72nd Street and Central Park West, 212-360-8283, $75 and $100.
