CASINO QUEEN
Model Maggie Rizer is host of the fifth annual Viva Glam Casino, which offers the chance to gamble for a good cause. Proceeds go to the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS. This year’s benefit has a Venetian Ball theme, with Ms. Rizer dressed as a Venetian queen. Wednesday, 7:30-11:30 p.m., Gotham Hall, 1356 Broadway at 36th Street, 212-727-3100, $1,000, $500, $350.
HOPE FOR CHILDREN
Proceeds from the benefit “A Night For Our Children” go to A Little HOPE, an organization that funds support services for children and teenagers who have experienced the death of a parent or loved one. Thursday, 6-10 p.m., Cipriani, 200 Fifth Ave. at 23rd Street, 866-808-4673, $150.
