IRELAND, PART 2 Edward Rutherfurd signs his latest novel, “The Rebels of Ireland: The Dublin Saga” (Doubleday), a saga that explores Irish history from the revolt of 1534 to the creation of the Irish Free State in 1922. It is the sequel to “The Princes of Ireland,” which covered the first 11 centuries of Irish history. Mr. Easterly is an economics professor at New York University and worked as a senior research economist at the World Bank for 16 years.
