RINGSIDE SEATS Circus Contraption, a one-ring traveling circus from Seattle, makes its East Coast debut with “Circus Contraption’s Grand American Traveling Dime Museum.” The show features live aerial acts, acrobatics, juggling, dance, comedy, and music. Thursday through Thursday, October 1, Wednesday-Sunday, 8 p.m., Theater for the New City, 155 First Ave., between 9th and 10th streets, 206-442-2004, $20 general, $15 seniors and students, opening weekend (September 1 through September 4) and all Wednesdays are pay-what-you-wish. Note: Some content is unsuitable for children 12 and under.
