AILEY AT THE APOLLO Sean Combs, aka P. Diddy, serves as honorary chairman for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater’s spring gala. The program includes performances by the theater’s main company, Ailey II, and the Ailey School. Proceeds go to students at the Ailey School. Tonight, 7 p.m. performance, reception to follow, Apollo Theater, 253 W. 125th St., between Seventh and Eighth avenues, 212-405-9031, $175, $300, and $600.
