CHILDREN OF UGANDA Twenty-two Ugandan children orphaned by HIV/AIDS and war perform as the Children of Uganda.The group offers music and dancing from countries throughout Africa: They sing in Luganda, Swahili, and English, and perform pieces complete with syncopated and polyrhythmic drum patterns. Tonight through Sunday, tonight-Friday, 7 p.m., Saturday, 2 and 7 p.m., Sunday, 2 p.m., Joyce Theater, 175 Eighth Ave. at 19th Street, 212-242-0800, $25 general, $15 children, $10 children for matinees.
