LUCIA LIGHTS Families can celebrate the Swedish tradition of St. Lucia, a holiday on the longest winter night, by making their own Swedish “candle wreaths.”The activity is for children ages 6 and older. Today, 3-4 p.m., Brooklyn Children’s Museum, 145 Brooklyn Ave. at St. Mark’s Avenue, 718-735-4400, $4 general, members free.
