LATINO SCREENS The New York International Latino Film Festival offers a screening of Maria Victoria Menis’s “El Cielito” (Little Sky), about a rootless young man who travels to a small village in Argentina and finds work on a family farm. YES TO DR. NO Before an outdoor screening of “Dr. No” (1962), a DJ spins suave ’60s bachelor-pad music. The event is sponsored by the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy. Lawn chairs are available for rental. Tonight, sunset, Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park, along the East River between Main and New Dock streets, free. CABIN FEVER Comedian Chris Elliot stars in “Cabin Boy,” the 1994 comedy about a recent graduate who mistakenly boards a fishing boat instead of a luxury cruise liner. Mr. Elliot and director Adam Resnick answer questions after the screening, which is part of the Onion Film Series. SUNSCREEN The nonprofit center Solar One presents a solar-powered film series at its outdoor eco-theater featuring movies by local directors. The final selection is Peter Friedman’s “Mana: Beyond Belief,” about a trip around the world with stops in New Zealand and the House of Representatives.
