JERSEY SUPERHERO Melvin, a 98-pound weakling, transforms himself into a superhero with a little help from a vat of waste in “The Toxic Avenger,” director Lloyd Kaufman’s 1985 cult classic. The Coney Island Saturday Night Film Series presents the superhero flick.
