BEFORE BROKEBACK Filmmaker Beverly Seckinger participates in a round-table discussion following a screening of her 2004 film “Laramie Inside Out.”The documentary explores the 1998 beating death of college student Matthew Shepard. LOVING THE BOMB Stanley Kubrick’s classic Cold War satire “Dr. Strangelove: Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb” (1964), starring Peter Sellers several times over, is screened in the East Village.
