GOODNESS SAKE
The founding president of the International Sake Association, Chris Pierce, conducts a tasting and seminar of 10 premium Japanese sakes. Among them is “Iki na Onna” (Lady Luck), which is brewed in limited amounts for the Association of Lady Sake Retailers. Chef Keishi Rikimaru prepares sushi and sashimi to accompany the drinks.The event is sponsored by the New York chapter of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
